The NASA Centennial Challenges program has announced Phase 1 of the CO₂ Conversion Challenge. This challenge focuses on developing CO₂ conversion systems that can produce singular or multiple molecular desirable compounds effectively. This is phase one of a two phase competition with, ending with a total prize of up to $1 million. Phase 1 focuses on the development of a concept, with a prize of $250,000. More information will be available on Phase 2 upon the opening of that phase. Teams, individuals, and organizations/entities are encouraged to apply.
