2019 Community College Quadcopter Challenge

The fourth annual “Community College Quadcopter Challenge”, hosted by NASA’s Connecticut Space Grant Consortium (CTSGC), was held in summer 2019. Teams from affiliate community colleges are encourage to apply to this challenge where they built and flew their own quadcopter through an obstacle course. The previous year’s teams included: ACC Quadcopter from Asnuntuck Community College, The Quad Squad from Northwestern Connecticut Community College, The Quad Squad, The Other Team from Northwestern Community College, QQ from Quinebaug Valley Community College, and the New England Rotors from Three Rivers Community College.

While no 2021 is planned due to virtual learning and social distancing guidelines still in place, please check back for information about a 2022 event!
