Post-Award Requirements and Reporting

Recipients of Connecticut Space Grant Consortium (CTSGC) funding must complete all post-award requirements outlined in their award letter. All requirements must be completed before final funds can be released.

All award recipients are required to submit a Final Report within 15 days of the end of their Period of Performance.

Final Reports

Award recipients will receive an email containing a unique reporting link near the end of their project period. All reports must be submitted through this link.

Failure to submit the required report by the deadline may delay award closeout and could affect eligibility for future CTSGC funding opportunities.

If you do not receive a reporting link, or there is an issue with your link, please contact the CTSGC office immediately.

Direct Participant Reporting

A Direct Participant Report Form is required for each higher education student who:

• Received direct funding through a CTSGC award; or
• Made a significant contribution to a CTSGC-funded project but was not the primary award recipient or Principal Investigator (PI).

Direct Participant Form Requirement

Higher education students identified as direct participants in a final report must complete a Direct Participant Report Form before the project can be officially closed.

Once a participant is identified in the final report, CTSGC will email that individual a unique reporting link. Completion of this form is required for award closeout and helps CTSGC track student participation and outcomes associated with NASA-funded programs.
