See a preview of the upcoming AMERICAN EXPERIENCE film, Chasing the Moon, to take a look at the tension and excitement surrounding the launch of Apollo 11 on July 16, 1969 as well as the subsequent moon landing. There will be a panel discussing the screening and the space race.

The panel will be moderated by Ron Katz, director of advancement & external relations for the New England Air Museum. Other panelists will be Jim Greenwood, Assistant Professor at Wesleyan Univeristy, Priyamvada Natarajan, Professor at Yale University, Seth Redfield, Associate Professor and Chair at Wesleyan University, and  Donald Rethke, a former Hamiltaon Sundstrand Engineer.
